Our secure Internet enabled system, QUEST, is state of the art, and allows an Underwriter, Branch Representative or Broker the ability to obtain the status of a request within seconds of the inquiry. Through QUEST, our customer service department is able to advise the client on a real time basis, with a current status of all reports. RRS also provides customized Inspection Reports and Tele-Underwriting that caters to the specific needs of each client company.
